Refund policy
1. Applicability
These return conditions are applicable to all items purchased at Zorbike. Proof of purchase must be provided when submitting a return request within the specified return period.
2. Return Period
In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you have the right to return those items within 90 days of receiving them. We will happily issue a refund or provide store credit.
3. Return Conditions
Returned goods must be in "as-new" condition, saleable, unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these conditions. Please note that all gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Packaging and Insurance
It is essential to ensure that all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during the return transit. We recommend purchasing insurance from your chosen parcel carrier.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, you can contact us at serve@zorbike.com or submit your request on our CONTACT page. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If you received the wrong, damaged, or defective item, you can request a return for a refund, and we will cover the shipping cost.
If you do not want the product you've received, you may request a return, but you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused.
If you do not want the product you've received due to incorrect sizing or other reasons, you are eligible for a full refund, but you must return the unused item to our warehouse, and you should cover the shipping cost. Please note that we do not offer prepaid return labels; the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items that are 60% off or above , or gift card.
9. Exchanges
Typically, you must return the original item before receiving a replacement. Express shipping for exchanges is available at a fixed rate. Now, there's a new program offering 70% off a separate purchase as an alternative to traditional exchanges. This discount applies to items of similar quantity and order amount as the original. However, orders using this discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
10. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
11. Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to return the item to us for a refund.
