These terms are provided to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between both parties, safeguarding your shopping experience and setting expectations on our services.
Global Free Shipping On All Orders! Shipping costs are not required for any order. Shipping is free worldwide. Payment for shipping will not be collected along with your purchase.
General:
While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be occasional discrepancies, leading to the unavailability of certain items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill your order with the available products and contact you to offer the option of waiting for restocking or processing a refund for the back-ordered item.
Returns:
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind:
We gladly accept returns due to change of mind if the request is made within 30 days of receiving the item. The returned products should be in their original packaging, unused, and in good condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses and arranging their own shipment. Once we receive and accept the return, we will process the refund to your customer account and notify you via email. Please note that we will refund the value of the goods but not the shipping cost.
3.2 Warranty Returns:
We honor valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers will be responsible for pre-paying the return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of the items for warranty claim, we will process your claim within 7 days. You will have the option of a refund to your payment method, store credit refund, or a replacement item (if available in stock).

*Please note that all stated delivery times are estimates assuming no customs clearance delays and are estimated from the dispatch date, not from the order date, which may be different. Delivery time to remote areas may be longer than expected.
4.2 Dispatch Time:
We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving the payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. We take necessary steps to minimize shipment delays.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address:
If you need to change your delivery address, you can contact our customer service to make the change before your order is dispatched.
4.4 Items Out Of Stock:
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.
4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded:
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us, and we will conduct an investigation to resolve the issue promptly.
Tracking Notifications:
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you discover that a parcel is damaged in transit, please try to reject it from the courier and contact our customer service immediately.
Parcel Delivery
If the recipient is not home when the package is delivered, the courier will usually leave the package at your front door, in the mailbox, or drop your package off at your neighbor's. If the package is unfortunately lost after delivery, the recipient shall be responsible. As the sender, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package.
Wrong Address
Please note that we dispatch packages according to the shipping address, please double check the shipping address and billing address before confirming your order, as this may cause the order to be rejected or shipped to the wrong address. If a customer does input any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel, i.e. the customer will have to try to retrieve the parcel themselves at their own cost.
Product Delivery Error
If you received the wrong product from your order or there is a missing product, please contact our customer service for support, all delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of delivery date and accompanied by a support picture.
Duties & Taxes:
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. Please be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and a refund will be issued for the value of the goods (excluding initial and return shipping costs).
Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
